Miloš Vystrčil, President of the Czech Senate, arrived in Taiwan on August 30. On August 31, he delivered his first public lecture in Taiwan at NCCU. The delegation of 44 included Prague Mayor Zdeněk Hřib, the Czech Academy of Sciences Vice President, university presidents, the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra Director, and representatives from academia, culture, and media.
