NCCU’s Ji-Ying Building will soon open a new healthy market-style cafeteria. The Office of General Affairs has planned a bright, spotless organic market restaurant focused on health and nutrition, featuring primarily organic, pesticide-free, and locally sourced ingredients. This is one concrete step in President Kuo Ming-Cheng’s active implementation of the “50+1” initiative.

Reviving Tea Culture: NCCU Mobilizes Alumni to Back “50+1” Support for Returning Young Farmers
NCCU, together with the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau and the Tea Research and Extension Station, is driving the “Greater Taipei Tea Road” project and its “50 + 1” social enterprise, in which 50 consumers support one farm through product sales and immersive farm experiences to revitalize the Greater Wenshan tea industry and aid young farmers’ return.
