When USR Meets the SDGs

USR aims to create shared value with society. To guide our progress, we adopt clear and systematic evaluation criteria—helping turn our vision into measurable impact.
In 2015, the United Nations launched 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), offering a global framework for balanced growth across economy, society, and environment through 2030.

According to Taiwan’s 2020 SDGs Education Handbook, schools play a key role in promoting sustainability and empowering informed decision-making. At NCCU, we apply the SDGs as benchmarks to shape and assess our USR outcomes—ensuring both direction and global relevance.
