USR aims to create shared value with society. To guide our progress, we adopt clear and systematic evaluation criteria—helping turn our vision into measurable impact.
In 2015, the United Nations launched 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), offering a global framework for balanced growth across economy, society, and environment through 2030.

According to Taiwan’s 2020 SDGs Education Handbook, schools play a key role in promoting sustainability and empowering informed decision-making. At NCCU, we apply the SDGs as benchmarks to shape and assess our USR outcomes—ensuring both direction and global relevance.

“Mission Qinghai 2019” NCCU International Volunteer Association Returns to Qinghai to Continue the Inspiration
On July 4, 16 members of NCCU’s International Volunteer Association will embark on “Mission Qinghai 2019” for a three-week service in Yushu City, Qinghai Province.
